Enrolling in a Workshop is simple and convenient:
- Enroll online securely using the individual workshop Paypal link provided.
- Enroll by phone using your credit card. All Credit Cards are accepted. Phone 626-825-2442. A receipt will be sent to the participant’s email address.
Our Payment Policies:
- A 25% deposit of the applicable workshop fee is required to reserve space in class. DEPOSIT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY BY PHONE. (Registration online requires payment in full.)
- Payment in FULL is due at least two weeks prior to the start date of
your workshop.
- A $25 fee will be charged for checks or credit cards that do not clear. Workshop placement cannot be guaranteed until payment has cleared.
Our Refund Policies:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: info@laphotoworkshops.com
- A $25 administration fee is charged on all refund requests.
- If your request is made 48 – 96 hours prior to workshop start date: 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.
- No refund is available for requests made within 48 hours of workshop start date.
- On all refund requests made prior to the 48 hour start date of the applicable workshop, participants will be given the option of receiving partial or full payment credit based on the policies above, minus a $25 administration fee, towards another available workshop within one year of the payment request. Any difference in workshop cost will be the responsibility of the participant.
Our Workshop Cancellation Policy:
- We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or other unforeseen events. In the event of a cancelled workshop all participants will receive the option of a transfer to the next available workshop of interest or a full refund. In the event of a transfer of credit any difference in workshop cost is the responsibility of the participant.
Special Event or Guest Workshop Policies
Occasionally we may offer a workshop with a special guest or location,
etc.
In such case please note the following policies:
- Deposit will be 50% of the workshop fee.
- A $25 administration fee will be charged for refund requests made 31 days or more from the start of the applicable workshop.
- Participants will receive a 50% refund for refund requests made from 16 – 30 days prior to the start of the applicable workshop.
- No refund will be given for requests made within 15 days of the start of the applicable workshop.
- A participant must request credit for a special workshop at least 31 days before the start of the applicable workshop. Request made within 30 days of the workshop start date are subject to the cancellation policies above.
