Studio Lighting and Fashion Photography for Beginners
Take advantage of this rare opportunity to join renowned fashion photographer Doug Myers for this 1 day workshop on the art and craft of lighting and fashion photography. This fun filled and informative workshop is for the beginning photographer interested and intrigued about working creatively with models and studio lighting techniques.
This workshop is designed for the beginning photographer and student. Topics covered will be: Studio strobe lighting techniques for both film and digital. Mixing strobe and ambient light. Metering techniques for correct exposure. Directing, posing and working with a model.
Each participant will leave the workshop with a clear overview of how a fashion photograph is produced and a solid foundation of how light works and how to take control with studio strobes
Students will each have an opportunity to photograph the provided model. Students should provide their own digital or film camera capable of connection to a studio strobe.
